VALLEYMOUNT gained such an impressive victory at Cork in October that connections sent her to Leopardstown for a Grade 2 at the end of December and she ran a tremendous race to finish a close third behind Jim Will Fix It. That form would almost certainly do for this and the ground holds no terrors. Dazzling Susie had shown promise on her two opening runs so it was a surprise when she started 25/1 before beating Ask Me Sister narrowly at Thurles last month. The long absence could have contributed to her SP but it didn't bother her and further progress is expected. Midnight Socialite had also beaten Ask Me Sister earlier but ran poorly on her hurdling debut at Fairyhouse subsequently. Kalanelli was also well beaten at Listed level last time after a winning debut at Limerick and while both Espresso Lady and Wing It Lady have shown promise they look up against it here.
