In depth

Verdict

ROBINNIA sauntered home on her bumper debut at Sligo and can make a successful hurdling debut though there are plenty of dangers. Dakota Beat hasn't been beaten far in his last three starts over timber while Fest Deiz, a close second over 3m at Limerick, would probably have taken a hand in the finish at Cork but for falling three out. Clondaw Bertie was left clear at the last in a point at Dromahane but would have won anyway and the half-brother to four winning jumpers looks one to note. Commandingpresence was beaten 20 lengths at Sheriff Hutton in January and has joined Henry De Bromhead while Ardhill showed improved form between the flags and is now with Gordon Elliott.
