With his stable having belatedly struck top form, Flying Visit looks to have a fine chance of getting off the mark having been narrowly beaten by Ballydoyle representatives in his last two starts. Xeres was also close up behind an Aidan O'Brien-trained winner in Ontario over the course and distance and is certain to make a bold bid with normal improvement. However, O'Brien has won seven of the last nine of these and has two runners here. KYPRIOS is by Galileo out of a mare who has produced winners with all nine foals to race including the high-class Free Eagle. He has several group entries and Seamie Heffernan prefers him over Cleveland, a son of Camelot out of a middle-distance winner who could be one for next year.
