        Verdict

        Rachel Richardson rode a well-judged race when making all on GRAN CANARIA QUEEN at York and though Tim Easterby's mare is 4lb higher that was a better class race and her rider can claim 5lb. She just gets the nod over Mambo Paradise, a winner over this trip at Chelmsford before just failing to last out another furlong at Chester. Jamesbo's Girl was just behind the selection at York and looks held but Tumblewind looks ready to score again soon after a close third in a similar grade contest at Chester. Pearl Blue has had just the two runs for David O'Meara and is much better than she showed at Epsom last time.
