This maiden might not take much winning and the safest option is clearly Suede for the Eddery brothers. A very promising effort on debut was followed by a slightly disappointing effort at Windsor in ground that was probably softer than ideal. Mischief Lady and Canyon Colours look the biggest threats to Suede. Canyon Colours showed very little first time out but one suspects the main emphasis was on education there. He finished a never nearer fifth of eight there but can be expected to improve while Mischief Lady contested a maiden last time from which the form is working out exceptionally well. Those three look the main protagonists and it is difficult to see a winner emerge outside these. Watch the market where the remainder are concerned with handicaps in mind but Suede is the pick.
