        Verdict

        Little doubt about there being plenty of pace on here with recent winners COUNT BERTONI and Cono Zur both confirmed trail-blazers. There is obviously a question mark as to whether they will scupper each other's chance but the former scored with such authority recently over course and distance under these conditions that he's taken to follow up under a penalty for David O'Meara, already earmarked by many judges as a trainer to follow this term. Hail Promenader has shown little or nothing for a year but would be a leading player if recapturing his best form from a tumbling handicap mark while the consistent Ours looks the best place option.
