Verdict

Strike Red made an encouraging debut at Newcastle but pulled too hard at Doncaster and finished last of five. Arceus made a fair debut here and didn't appear to enjoy Wolverhampton's Tapeta next time. INCORRIGIBLE had little chance against the long odds-on King Zain at Lingfield but ran very well and normal progress can see her go one better. That winner is trained by Mark Johnston, who has Dark Company entered here and he's a half-brother to the smart two-year-old winner Dark Rose Angel. Tommytwohoots is speedily bred and may prove best of the remainder.
