Verdict

Fattsota hasn't been in the best of form in strong handicap company but he's finally getting a bit of respite from the assessor. Memorial Day completed a hat-trick last summer but hasn't been seen since October while Montsarrat has struggled since landing a Ripon handicap in July. Shabbah won three minor handicaps earlier in the year and his latest effort when favourite at Goodwood is best ignored as that was nowhere near his form. El Vip made a successful debut at Doncaster and was strongly fancied for a Haydock handicap but pulled too hard and never looked like winning. SHABEEB looked a smart prospect when completing a double over this trip earlier this summer then ran well for a long way when tackling Group 3 company over 1m5f at Newmarket. Back in her own class, she can resume winning ways.
