Mister Rambo caught a real tartar here last time, when going down to Island Light. Before that he won at Musselburgh and is clearly in good heart. The conditions of this race (0-60) would appear to prevent him from taking part, but if he does indeed line up he must take all the beating. Bond Diamond carries a double penalty, but is another in great form and his Nottingham win last week came in a decent race so he cannot be ruled out. Michael Bell's Cote Soleil is closely matched with Bond Diamond on form, and likely to be thereabouts if fit enough for his return.
