Kentucky Boy gets a handy weight-for-age allowance and Jedd O'Keefe's charge is fancied to score at the main expense of El Alamein and Vice Admiral. The selection seems to stay all day and having won over two miles last time out, stamina should be assured today. Granted, that was not a very strong race, in fact it was distinctly average at best, however he looks progressive and getting so much weight from those near the top of the weights he can win again. He needs to prove himself on this quicker ground but his sire was ok on it and he is fancied to score. El Amalein is fancied to be popular in the betting and Sir Mark Prescott steps his charge back up in trip today. Vice Admiral is consistent and is on a winning mark so should go well, along with Sa Nau who is still feasibly weighted and should like the quick ground. Mr Mischief let down favourite backers last time out and needs to bounce back, and whilst Rocknest Island has bits and pieces of form on this ground, we are happy to return to Kentucky Boy to score.
