Turn Me On is our selection with Aussie Blue and Inside Story put up as the alternatives. Tim Walford's charge finished behind his stablemate at Catterick last time out and it could be argued that he would have been much closer to victory had he not had a wide draw to overcome. The trip is a question mark but he is running well. Aussie Blue overhauled the luckless San Antonio at the course in June. The latter has gone on to land a handicap in cosy fashion. Inside Story is prolific in claiming class. The handicapper is at least giving him the opportunity to strike outside of the grade. Society Music ran a shocker at Ayr having obliged at Hamilton earlier in the season. Titinius has claims if his recent form is ignored. He acts on fast ground and the Pontefract mile appears to be to his liking. Eric Alston has had a couple of winners this week so Pianoforte cannot be discounted. Ours failed to build upon a fair effort at Doncaster earlier in the season. Gee Ceffyl Bach resented firm ground at Redcar and the weather forecast is watched. Plenty of chances held and we are with Turn Me On.
