A wide open contest here and many would have chances on their best Forman but the principals look to be Kingscross, Flying Bantam, Johnston's Diamond and Chateau Nicol and the vote is given to Flying Bantam. The selection will go on the ground was a good second behind Sir Desmond when last seen returns on a fair mark and with his yard in good form he is taken to score. Kingscross rates the main danger as at least he is race fit and he was a good third behind Najeebon on his first run of the season. He runs off the same mark here and is a danger to all. Johnston's Diamond is another worthy of respect as he was a fair third behind Merlin;s Dancer last time but he looks weighted up to his best and he may be vunerable to a better handicapped rival. Chateau Nicol is another that will relish the conditions and looks on a handy mark so should run well at a price. Of the remainder Marker is another from a yard in form that remains at there right end of the handicap but in a race that throws up more questions than answers for the winner we return to Flying Bantam.
