AATTASH paid the price for setting a furious gallop when not quite lasting home over 10f at Goodwood last time, but his style of racing will suit this drop back to a mile and he may well run them all ragged and land the prize from a mark of 86. Stags Leap took a Windsor claimer last time and a drop both in the weights and also in trip suggests he will struggle to follow up. A better bet looks to be Qanoon, who has put in a couple of solid runs in handicaps and has a squeak now the assessor has eased his burden. Rasselas should be very competitive, while Vito Volterra is becoming less appealing, going up in the weights without winning. Aattash can probably make all to win.
