        MAMOO is getting closer as he slips down the weights and he was beaten only a head at Leicester on his latest start. First-time headgear may sharpen him up and he’s preferred to Kelvin Hall, who has yet to win on Turf and was still beaten six lengths when runner-up at Hamilton. Becky The Thatcher has yet to win anywhere yet though was runner-up on a couple of occasions in July and Torremar is another searching for his first win and steps up in distance along with the less-exposed La Contessa.
