        Verdict

        Unbeaten in all four starts this year, Rainbow Rebel is upped in class and raised a further 6lb after scoring at Hamilton last time. Stablemate Whitman has yet to win this year while Lazzam has a shout on his best form though has only won a maiden race so far. BLAIR HOUSE is fitted with blinkers today and, if they bring about further improvement, Charlie Appleby’s charge should go close after finishing third in this grade at Epsom last month off today’s mark. In The Red makes a quick reappearance having failed to figure at Ascot last Friday and Illustrissime drops back in trip on only his second start for new connections having won on the all-weather in France in August.
