Verdict

A very tight-looking event but ACADIAN ANGEL, who returns to the scene of her victory in April, drops back in trip after showing good speed over further in handicaps. Dellaguista is another taking a big drop having raced over a mile in her last two starts but Don Valentino made all to land a maiden over the trip at Ripon so has plenty of pace. Grinty won a 7f Redcar maiden then may have found the ground too soft at Wetherby so he wouldn't want any rain while Night Law's victory at Sandown came over the minimum, though Richard Fahey will be getting another race out of her soon.
