JULLY LES BUXY was always in the front rank and stayed on strongly to score over 2m7f on heavy ground at Lingfield and a 6lb rise doesn't look enough to prevent a follow-up. Mister Murchan enjoyed the heavy ground when runner-up at Ascot and will be suited by a thorough test of stamina. Tambura has only had three runs since scoring over the course and distance in March 2018 and is 3lb lower. Invincible Cave, a winner in Ireland for Gordon Elliott, has been competing at a higher level and did a bit better last time so has to be on the shortlist. Fortunate George was placed in a Class 2 handicap at Sandown last month but was well beaten at Ascot next time so Treasure Dillon, a winner at Chepstow in March and in touch when falling at Ludlow, looks more of a threat.
