In depth

Verdict

DING DING drew a blank last season but has thrived around here in the past and has slipped down the ratings so a big run is anticipated. Midnight Glance rallied gamely to head Andapa on the run-in here two weeks ago but the runner-up is 5lb better off so is entitled to turn the tables. Jungle Prose makes his handicap debut having been beaten less than a length in a maiden here at the start of the month but Good News tends to reserve his best for Fontwell. Etat Major Aulmes looks best of the rest.
