Twice a winner on the Flat for David Simcock, WORK posted her best effort to date over hurdles when third over track and trip under today’s conditional. David Pipe’s filly is taken to improve past the runner-up Funny Oyster and come out best in this. The latter should be in the mix once again while Dragoon Guard had been threatening to score before throwing a bad one at Worcester last time. The Game Is A Foot recorded his only success so far over these obstacles though that was back in 2013 while Blackwood Rover missed the whole of last year and should be sharper for a recent comeback run on only his third start over timber.
