In depth

Verdict

The market will help provide some further clues however without that information we will tentatively plump for Her Turn Now ahead of Jack Harbour and Willie Warson. The selection comes here with two runs under her belt and she has shown enough on those outings to suggest that she can run well today. Her latest outing at Ludlow was an improvement on her debut and she can put her experience to good use today. Jack Harbour should improve for his debut, when only beaten six lengths, and the form of that run looks fairly solid. He is nicely bred and will obviously improve in time and with a hurdle and then fences in front of him, but he may be capable of taking this first. Willie Warson has two runs to draw on; he needs to improve significantly though on what we have seen to date. Brennanstown looks arguably the most interesting of the newcomers, but that is hardly saying much, and so whilst relying on the market for clues, we will return to Her Turn Now as the selection.
