Koyaanisqatsi faces no easy task on his debut in a handicap and preference is for Ludere, who gets the verdict over Tragic Dancer. The last mentioned is still relatively unexposed over hurdles but looks to be on the downgrade on the flat and his recent hurdles form gives little cause for optimism. Moss Run was well beaten at Lingfield last week and is difficult to fancy on the evidence of that effort, although the booking of leading conditional Jamie Moore is a positive. So too is the booking of Andrew Tinkler for Cutthroat Kid, who has a long absence to overcome, while Cristophe has to be respected off his light weight. However, Ludere holds solid claims and gets the vote. The selection seemed not to stay 3m1f at Taunton last time and should do better back at this trip. Well treated on his best form and with a decent jockey booked, he looks the best bet in a poor bunch.
