Verdict

MAN OF THE MOMENT should be the horse of this race with Push The Port and Tomillielou two others to consider. The selection was a last time out winner in a similar contest staying on well under pressure to claim victory by seven lengths. The formlines from that race are looking pretty strong and this one is unexposed enough to improve again to overcome his 12lb weight rise. Back in the field during the pick's win was Push The Port but with a swing in terms in his favour the form, potentially could be reversed. Nick Gifford's runner found one too good last time albeit well beaten but with his conqueror winning next time out the form line is strong. Tomillielou is slowly returning to form and now looks more dangerous off a mark one pound higher than his last winning rating. Zimbabwe has been putting in consistent efforts and enough to suggest he could be in the prize money while Alderbrook Girl is a course and distance winner and needs to be considered; not has much as our selection though Man Of The Moment.
