Verdict

Plenty with chances in the day’s feature, including the hat-trick seeking Hard To Forget. Christmas In April jumped well when making all over 3m2f at Fontwell but Sedgefield scorer The Caller was never travelling on the same track when last seen. Billy Bronco won at Sedgefield in November but only two finished. Uallrightharry would almost certainly have completed a three-timer here last month had he not fallen at the last so is worth a second look and so is Vinnie Lewis, who ran in that infamous voided race at Sandown recently. BELLE EMPRESS (NAP) showed that staying was her game when getting the better of Petite Power over an extended 3m6f at Exeter and leading conditional Ben Jones keeps the partnership intact.
