En El Em Flyer, Jazz Duke and Captain Clooney should go well here, but Apple Joe gets the vote. The selection ran well behind Tyndarius at Uttoxeter last week, and a reproduction of that effort might just be good enough here. He will appreciate this step up in trip, has a good jockey booking and should take a good deal of beating. En El Em Flyer is another in good form and he won well on his chasing debut when beating Captain Jake last time, but he was a bit novicey at the fences on that day and may struggle in this better contest if he comes under pressure. Captain Clooney would have chances on his best form but he is returning from a long break and finished behind the selection Apple Joe last time at Plumpton in February. Jazz Duke is the other worthy of consideration as he ran well enough last time, but he has not won a race for four years so the percentage call is to oppose him. This is a fairly moderate contest, but Apple Joe gets the tentative vote.
