In depth

Verdict

STARLYTE could offer a bit of value in this as she beat Headscarf Lil a shade cosily at Newcastle in the autumn and ran better than the final result suggests when fifth at Musselburgh latest – she’s been dropped a further 2lb since. Fitness may be an issue for Holly Hartingo and the lightly-raced Martalindy also has an absence to overcome but only a length-and-half separated Notnowlinda and Autumn Return in a valuable handicap at Kelso last month, though the latter was turned over by Maimie's Magic earlier at Newcastle. Rockonsoph remains winless but the headgear is back on.
