Verdict
Pateen was second at Hexham earlier this month but no match for a very easy winner. Jackhammer completed a double over course and distance in the spring and won later on the Flat. Cuban Cigar and Well Planted have also been in action on the level but PLATINUMCARD looks the one to be on having found only one too good in a big field at Galway recently when well supported. Holmes St Georges is making his handicap debut while Wor Verge might need this and Nayati and Long Stay have even longer absences to overcome. Curious Times was entered in the 3.20 here yesterday.
