Inch Pride has not done a great deal wrong and is selected to reel off another victory, with Ferimon, Blushing Bull, Red Georgie and See You There all expected to play a part. The only blip on Inch Pride's British career was when down the field in the Royal & SunAlliance Novices Hurdle, but apart from that she has been unbeaten since coming over from Ireland. She showed her class when landing a Listed race at Cheltenham last time, although she did make the most of no penalty, and is one to note when she goes chasing next season. Martin Pipe's mare sets the standard and should prove too strong for her rivals here. Ferimon raced too keenly before being pulled up at Aintree last time but could well bounce back, while Blushing Bull disappointed badly when making his handicap debut over a shorter trip at Uttoxeter, and will be more at home here. Red Georgie made all at Kempton and Wincanton but was not allowed to dominate at Cheltenham. He did finish ahead of the selection that day, but we feel that she can safely turn the tables. See You There made a winning start for Lucinda Russell at Carlisle and is seen as a future Scottish National contender. He is likely to be outclassed here though, and we return to Inch Pride as the answer.
