        Verdict

        A modest heat that can go to Jericho III if he runs anywhere near the limit of his capabilities. The Martin Todhunter-trained six-year-old has acquitted himself at a good level in his outings over fences and, on these terms, has to have a good chance of adding to his tally this evening. Ichi Beau is a consistent sort and will not go down without a fight. But Trouble Ahead, who has gone well here in the past, is taken to give the selection the most to do if he handles the drop back in trip.
