Stepping back up in trip NEDZER'S RETURN should take this race at the main expense of Rose Street; Bucephalus can come home best of the rest. The likely favourite is another Gordon Elliott runner and is easily forgiven an odds-on reversal at Killbeggan last time, when possibly done for pace in a race over 2m3f. This contest should be more suitable and last time he raced here the horse came home 17 lengths to the good of his closest pursuers; this race looks no better and a repeat performance will see him victorious. Rose Street could grab the forecast spot ahead of Bucephalus, as she's receiving a stone from that rival and indeed our selection. She was decent on the flat and should have come on for her first run in some time at Uttoxeter when well fancied. Bucephalus has been consistent lately but this looks tougher; the form of his Sedgefield win looks weak and he'll do well to land a novice contest under a penalty. The Nicky Richards pair Dowd's Destiny and Hey Charlie couldn't be totally ruled out but return from respective 878 and 217-day absences so can be expected to need this. In all probability this will concern three, the pick of them easily Nedzer's Return.
