Few arrive in the best of form but GREEN ZONE proved his 33/1 course success in July to be no fluke with an even better run next time up when third to Mountainside in a superior contest. He appears to face optimum conditions in light of his substantial recent progression and can return to winning ways off a 4lb higher mark. Gold Chain also has conditions to suit and a course and distance success on the scoresheet but is 7lb higher than when scoring here in June. He is respected all the same, whilst Donna's Pride and Buonarotti Boy are also noteworthy, especially the latter who should have far more to offer as 4-y-o. The Elliott contender could prove a major danger if seeing out this trip on his first sortie over 2m4f.
