In depth

Verdict

Massinimoss arrives off the back of an easy win in a Durrow point-to-point in May but was well beaten off lower marks over hurdles a couple of years ago and has to give 10lb to GREEN LIGHTNING. Bought out of Martin Weston's yard after winning a Newton Abbot seller by 15 lengths, the gelding can make a winning start for the all-conquering Peter Bowen stable. Obispo will appreciate this first try over 3m under Rules while Academy was second over 2m7f at Kelso in May and is preferred to the inconsistent Groovy Dancer and Cartmel third My Friend George of the others.
