Verdict

VE Day has placed the last twice but is penalised for beating three rivals on his hurdling debut at Musselburgh in March and PARK ANNONCIADE can take advantage. Stuart Crawford’s gelding showed little in bumpers and was allowed to go off at 33/1 on his hurdles bow in a Sligo maiden but was only headed close home despite pulling hard. The others make little appeal.
