Cote d'Azur and Mission Mars are likely improvers but the selection looks to have the most to fear from the newcomers with several powerful yards represented. Middleman is entered in the Group 2 Champagne Stakes for John Gosden and preferred to Godolphin's Simple Attack. Shepherd's Bush is a half-brother to five winners and makes more appeal than 60,000 euros purchase Stone Quercus.
