Baytown Flyer and Silver Island are recent winners and have to be considered, but we will take a chance on Almara. The selection belied her lowly rating when chasing home the 47 rated Warlingham at Brighton earlier this month, with some previous winners beaten off. If that run wasn't a flash in the pan she should be able to beat this poor bunch. Silver Island hit winning form on the all-weather last time, beating Jasmine Pearl. His turf form is pretty modest but he should still make his presence felt. Baytown Flyer came in at Wolverhampton last week over this trip. He disappointed the next day but the race may have come to quickly and a better run is expected today. Massey and Lord Baskerville have been showing signs of coming back to form and look the best of the others, but our idea of the winner is Almara.
