Verdict

Tees Douge improved when runner-up at Southwell but had earlier finished behind ALFA WHITEBURD when the latter finished fourth in the Brocklesby at Doncaster. Craig Lidster’s colt may prove the one to side with in this though Spanish Phoenix also has a shout having shown promise at Kempton on his debut despite running green. The newcomer Got To Love A Grey is related to winners and Karl Burke’s yard is in good form.
