Verdict
ENCOUNTER ORDER showed progress at Yarmouth last month when finding only an odds-on favourite too good. He’s preferred to the likely improver Set Point with Ryan Moore taking over the reins though several of the newcomers are worth noting including Imperial Sun and stablemate Patrolman. Frankie rides the former, a half-brother to St Leger hero Harbour Law, while the Godolphin colt is related to a Group 1 winner in Hunters Light. Adaya also represents Godolphin for a different yard while Handsome can include a Listed winner among his relatives and is preferred to Soapy Stevens.
