      Verdict

      AFANDEM (NAP) is still 8lb higher than when scoring at Carlisle in May but he continues to run well and a return to softer ground will suit. Gamesome is held on Beverley running while Zapper Cass and veteran Seamster were due to run at Wolverhampton and Catterick respectively yesterday. Tadaany has been hard to predict this season and is still 3lb higher than when last successful on Turf, though still preferred to Wrenthorpe and Hanati.
