This looks wide open but it might be worth forgiving Lavender Beauty her run over 7f at Kempton, where she was too keen. Love Fifteen has already placed over this trip but, like many of these, is facing soft going for the first time. The Newcastle runner-up Hernan Cortes looks a threat to all as he’s improved with every run and Manuha has also been progressive but MICKEY DONOVAN handled good to soft last time at Yarmouth having had steering problems the time before at Salisbury so gets the nod. So Chic has placed twice on Polytrack but was behind Beautiful Star at Lingfield and Orchestra makes more appeal.
