BRUTON STREET has been handed a fair enough mark and may be able to score on his handicap bow; Cosimo and Demeanour are amongst the dangers. Tombov is worth a market check on his return to action as not too many in this field jump off the page and he showed a decent level of form as a juvenile. Cosimo has proved disappointing thus far, including in a visor last time, but has only had five career starts and may yet find a race although he's running out of chances. Demeanour makes far more appeal having run sound races on both starts in the handicap ranks over this trip. This could be less competitive than the race she tackled at Windsor last time and she should go close. However, we're prepared to take a chance on Bruton Street heading the right way as he appears to have been found a suitable opportunity. He showed promise in Windsor maidens that were won by fair sorts in April and is just the type that his trainer does well with. There were slight doubts about the way that he finished his races but he's been given the time to strengthen up and Bruton Street may enable us to take another step to residing on Easy Street.
