    Verdict

Some top yards are represented in this valuable conditions event and we will give the vote to Lateen Sails, Cape Fear and Auditorium can also be expected to go well. The fact that Godolphin are persevering with this five-year-old suggests he still has plenty of ability. His last victory came in a Group three event in France back in 2003, but he was very highly tried last season and he if back to his best he should have too much class for these opponents. Cape Fear has a bit to fine with the selection on official ratings but has put in three solid displays this season and should be fighting for place money at least. Meanwhile Amanda Perrett's Auditorium comes here following a decent third behind Vanderlin in a similar race at Goodwood. Mark Johnston's Pearl Of Love and John Dunlop's Mukafeh and even more spice top a cracking contest, but a chance is taken with Frankie's mount Lateen Sails.
