In depth

Verdict

MHILU may be able to make the most of the weight that he receives from Just Amazing and King Troy. Tony McCoy was aboard Gordon Elliott's charge when the pair stormed clear to a 10 length success over course and distance last time and he eschews the ride on Shore Thing to maintain the partnership. The runner-up won well next time to boost the form and he shouldn't be underestimated. He has something to find on official ratings with Ceasen Desist who fell on his chase bow in June and with Just Amazing and King Troy. The latter returns to novice company following a decent run in a competitive handicap and still looks to be on the upgrade. Just Amazing never saw another rival when winning as he liked at Stratford to record consecutive wins over fences and should continue to pay his way. He will be many people's idea of the winner but it may just be worth taking a chance with Mhilu.
