It's hard to tell whether Born To Perform is well weighted on his handicap bow so we'll give ZAPLAMATION another chance while Lujano is also on our list for this apprentices' race. The pick has found a bit of form in his last couple of starts both under this in form jockey. He was well beaten by a well handicapped sort last time after getting a 10lb mark hike for an easy success prior to that and with some more weight removed with his pilot allowed to claim five this time he should run a big race on his preferred ground. Born To Perform won a bumper in April but has so far failed to build on that in this sphere. After a few solid efforts in maidens he may be well treated but that's not guaranteed. Lujano will be ridden by one of the top apprentices around and his run behind Ninth House last time has panned out well. He's weighted to win and should be in the mix. Miss Ferney comes here chasing a hat-trick but she might just be under the assessor's spell now so in a tough start to the day Zaplamation is our percentage pick.
