Cebonne is the selection with Pebese and Dillay as the alternatives. Cebonne hails from a yard that are very much in form at present with a winner and a recent placing to their name. The gelding has ran creditably of late and if translating his French form to this country, he could be a player at decent odds. Pebese has not set the world alight since arriving from Ireland but its worth noting that he had form on soft going in the Emerald Isle and clearly somebody fancied him to go well at Southwell last time out. Dillay has been out of form but Tom George is a dab hand at bringing suspect performers back to something like their best and it would be no surprise to see him fancied in the market. Red Jester has developed into a Towcester specialist but has failed to win elsewhere. Resplendent Star is on the downgrade. Krasivi's Boy was scheduled to run on Tuesday. Sean Og is a plater. Cebonne gets the nod.
