Verdict

Jolly Roger has won six times in just over a month and is a superb advert for Tony Carroll's placement. But he's now accumulated penalties totally 21lb and his winning run has to come to an end sometime. SUPERMAN DE LA RUE, a very easy winner on his first start in this country at the track last month, gets 22lb and may be the one today with McCoy in the plate. Afsoun and Laustra Bad have both been decent performers in their time but the former lacks a recent outing and the latter has been below his best for a while. Get It On often flatter to deceive but is preferred to Dineur of the others.
