Verdict

A competitive chase with BALLY LONGFORD taken to continue his recent winning run despite being hiked 12lb for his last two victories. 3m on good ground has proved ideal for the Tizzard inmate and Harry Cobden clearly gets a good tune out of the 11-y-o. Expect him to be ridden prominently. Allelu Alleluia and Sumkindofking house similar credentials and can figure on the back of last-time successes and Scoop The Pot is not ruled out on a first start since December. Sizing Granite is respected but the unexposed San Satiro may prove the main danger as he looked much more like it last time, represents the champion trainer and receives a hefty chunk of weight all round.
