In depth

Verdict

George Woolf was well beaten over this trip on his hurdling debut but has done well since, winning over 2m1f here in the autumn and beating hot favourite Dukes Art in a novices' handicap at Exeter last week. A penalty will make life tough today, however, while Yellow Printer went up 4lb after beating Holden Caulfield by a neck over 2m1f here last month and is no certainty to confirm the form. Fidelor has claims on his victory at Warwick in December but hasn't shown much since so the one to beat may be DYNAMIC IDOL. Runner-up over C&D last month, he's been a lot more consistent lately and can finally get his head in front today where it matters.
