A very tricky race to find the winner of but the tentative vote goes HELEN WOOD ahead Beautiful Vision and Calzaghe. The selection hails from the very much in form David Pipe team and he must have a shout in a race that won't take much winning. The daughter of Lahib mark has tumbled since 2008. Once obtaining a mark of 130 over fences she now races from 105 over hurdles. She also ran nicely 15 days ago and will be in the shake up today. Beautiful Vision is from a stable that do very well at this track and he is officially the highest rated horse in the race. His recent form is in and out but his latest ran can be ignored as it was on soft ground. His Ludlow run two starts back was a cracking run for the grade and if given an easy lead could be hard to peg back around this sharp track. Calzaghe is talented but very quirky and is probably best watched unless the money is down. Others to note in this competitive seller are Cantabilly, Intac and Hammer but Helen Wood gets a tentative nod.
