Not a race to be getting too heavily involved in and Beechwood is taken to account for Barella and Fast Mix. The selection is a regular at this level and having finished third as behind horses rated 118 and 125, there is the possibility that even if the front two didnt quite run up to their marks, a reproduction of that effort would suffice. Fast Mix was rated well into three figures in his pomp but has lost the plot. Any Pipe runner in this level has to come into the equation regardless of form, so the market is watched. Barella won a seller last time out around here and has to be granted some respect. That said, the time was fairly slow and he is having to give weight away to his rivals on this occasion. Baloo is exposed at 11 years young and might be a better betting proposition over further. Pedler's Profiles has proven form on fast ground and is reappearing after an absence. Mouseen is probably better than his first run over hurdles suggests but that isn't saying too much. Our Time fell on his latest bow and could have place claims if keeping on his feet. There are arguably better betting races than this on Saturday and for a token interest, we recommend Beechwood.
