Verdict

Neither Digital Media nor Knapp Bridge Boy make much appeal here returning from a lay-off and racing from out of the handicap proper. The potentially well-treated Coach Lane doesn't appear to be the force of old while Jocheski may find this trip a little on the sharp side on his first start since November. Trooper Clarence is improving, however, and was a very easy winner at Kempton on Saturday. However, the penalty he's collected now means that he's 6lb worse off than when finishing behind RILEYEV at Ludlow last month. Venetia Williams' six-year-old may have found that latest run coming too soon after his Hereford win and is worth another chance here.
