An unappealing seller from a punting perspective but ROSE TREE didn't shape too badly on a first run for Seamus Mullins when a respectable fourth in a Cartmel Class 5 handicap following wind surgery. That was by some way a best run over timber and the mare may have more to offer for her new yard off a feasible mark. Gi Jayne, winner of a Southwell handicap on reappearance, has a strong chance on that run now dropped in grade and the Skeltons remain in high form. Millen Dollar Man has been running well enough over fences to put him in here with a good claim if he can transfer his ability to hurdles but course and distance winner Ice Konig rates the main threat. His last two run for the Frosts in better races give him a leading chance off his unchanged mark.
